Phase 1: Consultation

We will arrange a meeting with you either at your home or on-site. Our objective for the meeting is to understand your needs, preferences, style, and budget. This will help us get a clear idea of how you envision transforming your home. If you're unsure what you want, we can also provide some fantastic ideas to help you.

Phase 2: Concept Design

Following our consultation, we will provide you with a detailed design proposal that covers timelines, fees, recommended works, and budget in our Client Engagement Agreement. Once you accept our proposal, we will begin drafting the design concept by researching, sourcing, and selecting the necessary elements for your project. We will also provide you with detailed information on pricing and specifications, along with mood boards, colour swatches, material samples, and floorplans to help you visualize the final result. After creating the draft design concept, we will share it with you and collaborate to refine it based on your feedback.

Phase 3: Selections & Project Works

Once you give the green light on the final design concept, we will handle the process of ordering and delivering any selections that have a discount for trade/designer. We will also give you a shopping list of all items that are priced for retail. If there are any project works that need the help of qualified local contractors, we can get quotes for you and manage the project to make sure it's completed within your timeline.

Phase 4: Delivery and Installation

Once all your purchased items have been delivered and any project works have been completed our team will begin the installation and styling process. When finished, we will reveal your gorgeously decorated home to you!
