At The Home Studio Co., we provide decorating services ranging from colour consultations to furnishings and decor. Our turnkey service ensures that your property is styled to perfection, down to the smallest details, leaving guests in awe the moment they step inside. Our comprehensive turnkey service includes everything from furniture and decor to other essential items such as linen, towels, kitchen appliances and cookware, ensuring that your guests have everything they need.

Phase 1: Consultation

We will arrange a meeting with you either on-site or via Zoom. Our objective for the meeting is to understand your needs, preferences, style, and budget. This will help us get a clear idea of how you envision transforming your holiday home. If you're unsure what you want, we can also provide some fantastic ideas to help you.

Phase 2: Concept Design & Development

Following our consultation, we will provide you with a detailed design proposal that covers timelines, fees, recommended works, and budget in our Client Engagement Agreement. Once you accept our proposal, we will begin drafting the design concept by researching, sourcing, and selecting the necessary elements for your project. We will also provide you with detailed information on pricing and specifications, along with mood boards, colour swatches, material samples, and floorplans to help you visualize the final result. After creating the draft design concept, we will share it with you and collaborate to refine it based on your feedback.

Phase 3: Selections & Project Works

Once you approve the final design concept, we will take care of ordering and delivering any  designer/trade discounted items. We will also provide you with a shopping list that includes all retail-priced items, which you can either purchase yourself or delegate to us. Additionally, if your project requires the assistance of verified local contractors, we will obtain quotes for you and oversee the project's timely completion.

Phase 4: Delivery and Installation

Once all your purchased items have been delivered and any project works have been completed our team will begin the installation and styling process. When finished, we will reveal your gorgeously decorated home to you!
